What Tachpae taught me about events
Tachpae started as a ticketing platform, but building experiences taught me to look beyond the ticket and understand the people, atmosphere and systems around an event.
Building systems behind the microphone
Good operations are quiet. When structure, ownership and processes are clear, an organization can keep moving without depending on one person to hold everything together.
